My first degree was in English Literature and I later trained as a photographer at the University of the Arts London.
I can't untangle words and images. I'm a magpie for colour and snippets of shine. I like the sound of a bone folder on paper. I like the sight of pixels at 400%.
I've exhibited work in solo and group shows at home and abroad. Sometimes I write words down and sometimes I read them out loud. I like collaborating. Mostly I'm interested in what we look at, how, and why - and the same goes for the record of those things.
Recurrent interests include: pearls, statuary, birds, fish, books, photographs.
In 2018 I was one of the artists on the Printing Matter residency at Skaftfell Art Center, East Iceland. In 2020 I will investigate a new project at Kypseli Print Studio in Athens.
